We continue to improve our service quality in line with the suggestions and complaints sent to our Coordinatorship via the MAUN Quality Management System Feedback Form. Some of the improvements we have made;
*Iron railings were installed in the areas on the right and left sides of the guesthouse that pose a security threat.
*Trash cans were placed in areas where there were no trash cans on our campus.
*Improvements were made in the cleaning of the mosque and toilets.
*Work was initiated to provide personnel documents in English.
*Suggestions were made to the relevant units for afforestation work on the campus.
*The necessary committees were made to examine the prices of products sold in the canteens.
*The issue of redrawing the parking lot lines on our campus was included in the work program of the Maintenance-Repair Branch Directorate of our Construction Works Department.
