In order to discuss our University's Distance Education Policy, Internationalization Policy, internal quality assurance system year-end procedures and 2025 internal quality assurance system planning, a Quality Commission meeting was held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 10:30 under the presidency of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan YILDIRIM in the Senate Hall of 1071 Congress and Culture Center.
The meeting, which started with the opening speech of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan YILDIRIM, continued with the introduction of the Process Management Model Excel Software prepared by Quality Coordinator Prof. Dr. Selçuk SAĞIR with the support of our Coordinatorship and Dr. Lecturer Akın ÖZKAN from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in order to follow the internal quality assurance system year-end procedures in 2024.
The aim of the relevant software is to determine the relationship between the work and activities carried out in 2024 and the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, the relationship with the Institutional Internal Evaluation Criteria and the relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals, including the PUKÖ (Planning, Implementation, Control and Precaution) cycle. In this context, support was requested from the commission members to carry out this process in their units. In addition, the meeting was concluded by unanimously deciding to submit the final versions of the Distance Education Policy and Internationalization Policy prepared by the relevant units after receiving stakeholder opinions to the Rectorate.
