In order to systematically structure the implementation process of the "Event Evaluation Survey", which is one of the important tools used to receive feedback from participants during or after their participation in an event, a meeting was held with the personnel of the Health, Culture and Sports Department (SKSDB) Branch Manager V. Veysel AKARSU and Ramazan KARAKAŞ and Lecturer Emine ORHAN on behalf of our Coordination. In the meeting;
1- The Quality Coordination will prepare an event evaluation survey poster and share it with SKSDB,
2- After checking whether the Student Groups have a QR code on their event posters, a printout will be taken,
3- The SKSDB will hold a meeting on how to organize the process within itself and inform our Coordination about the process, and the two units will conduct the process in a coordinated manner.
