Survey Evaluation Meeting

Evaluation of the results of the Guesthouse (Hotel-Accommodation Department) Satisfaction Survey, Guesthouse Restaurant Satisfaction Survey, Dining Hall Satisfaction Survey, Sports Services Satisfaction Survey, Student Canteen Satisfaction Survey, which were prepared and implemented in order to give a systematic structure to the Quality Assurance System of our University, Quality Coordination Office, Health, Culture and Sports Department. It was held at the Survey Evaluation Meeting attended by the Presidency and the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs officials.

In addition to the survey results, current good practices, improvement activities to be carried out, problems encountered and increasing the survey participation rate, etc. will be discussed at the meeting. Consultations were held on these issues. The importance of continuing the surveys implemented in order to spread the quality culture and periodically evaluating and reporting them by the relevant units was emphasized.

Finally, the meeting was completed by taking opinions and suggestions.
